The LadyBugs Make It to 3-0
The LadyBugs returned to the pitch on Saturday, for our third game of the season, after a weekend off for Coach Lisa’s graduation.
Little (our youngest) lit up the opposition with three goals in the first 10 minutes of the game. Coach Lisa put it best, that Little set the back of the net on fire.
The entire LadyBugs team played well.
It was very fun to see all of the girls work as a team, helping one another, better understanding their positions and simply “getting it.”
I often joke that coaching is my therapy, a break from the work week, but it’s true. The girls bring that unbridled enthusiasm that most adults seem to have lost. It’s an infectious feeling and after every practice and game, I am glad I signed up for this.
